This User Agreement outlines the service rules, functional specifications, and user usage standards for the Nerluo application. By downloading, installing, and continuously accessing all features and services within Nerluo, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all terms contained in this agreement. Nerluo is a professional AI image-fusion comic creation app focused on authentic American comic style production. Unlike basic collage tools and simple background replacement software, Nerluo utilizes exclusive AI dual-image fusion technology to perfectly integrate user-uploaded photos and preset comic templates into a single, unified, coherent comic panel scene. Users can upload personal images from local device storage or capture new photos via the device camera, match their content with various carefully designed American comic templates, and generate integrated stylized comic artwork through one-click AI processing. All generated comic creations can be previewed in-app, shared through system functions, and managed locally for personal non-commercial aesthetic use.
All creative operations performed within Nerluo are designed exclusively for personal, daily, and non-commercial creative purposes. The app provides a wide variety of comic scene templates with unique American comic visual characteristics, covering diverse scene atmospheres, line styles, color tones and storytelling layouts. The AI fusion algorithm intelligently merges user image content with template scene elements, lighting effects and comic texture details, producing natural and highly integrated comic works without rigid splicing or unnatural overlay effects. The entire creation process requires no professional design skills, manual rendering or complicated parameter adjustment, allowing all users to efficiently complete high-quality comic style creation through simple operations. All user-generated content is fully managed by users locally on their personal devices.
Users agree to use Nerluo's AI creation functions in a positive, appropriate and standardized manner. All images uploaded by users must be legal, appropriate and personally authorized materials. Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, saving or distributing pornographic, vulgar, violent, bloody, terrifying, discriminatory, offensive, inappropriate and any other harmful or unqualified content. Users are not allowed to exploit the app's comic generation functions to create malicious, improper or unethical works. All upload behaviors, operation actions and final generated content are independently supervised and fully assumed responsibility for by the user.
Nerluo does not require any account registration, login verification or personal information binding of any kind, enabling fully anonymous, private and secure usage at all times. All image analysis, content identification, template matching, dual-image fusion calculation, comic style rendering and final image synthesis processes are independently and completely completed by Nerluo's self-developed AI system. The application never calls, accesses, relies on or cooperates with any third-party AI algorithms, external cloud servers, third-party computing platforms or external technical services during any creative processing steps. Nerluo will never upload, transmit, synchronize or share users' original uploaded photos, fusion parameters, temporary cache files and finished comic works with any external platforms, organizations or third-party service providers. We maintain a strict zero-collection policy for all user facial data, biometric information and personal portrait features. Our AI fusion technology only performs overall scene integration and style transformation on the entire image and does not execute facial detection, facial recognition, feature analysis, biometric scanning or identity profiling of any kind. The app contains no facial data collection, storage or analysis modules and will never record, sort, store or analyze user facial characteristics. We will never build facial feature databases, use user portrait content for advertising delivery, behavior tracking, user profiling or AI model training. Under no circumstances will Nerluo sell, lease or disclose user portrait information, creative materials and personal creation data to any third parties.
All AI comic fusion functions, template resources and internal service features of Nerluo are only available for users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their residential region are permitted to download, install and use this application and all its creative services. Individuals under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing and using Nerluo and all of its core AI creation functions.
Nerluo grants users a limited, non-transferable, non-commercial and revocable personal license to use the application on personal mobile devices for private creative and viewing purposes. All intellectual property rights of the app, including self-developed AI fusion technology, exclusive comic template resources, visual style design and functional logic, belong entirely to Nerluo. Users may not disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, modify or commercially utilize any part of the application resources without official permission. All AI calculation and image processing tasks run locally on the user's device, and no user private data or creative content will be transmitted to any third-party servers.
All original images uploaded by users and all AI-fused comic works generated through Nerluo are fully owned by the users. Nerluo does not obtain any ownership, usage rights or commercial authorization over user-generated content. We will never utilize users' comic creations for model training, product iteration, commercial promotion or data monetization, and will never transmit user creative data to any external third-party institutions. All creative content is stored locally on the user's personal device, and users have complete independent control over local preview, viewing, sharing and deletion of all works. The app's cache cleaning function only removes invalid temporary files generated during rendering and will not affect users' officially saved comic creations.
We reserve the right to optimize app functions, update comic template resources, upgrade AI fusion algorithms and adjust service details according to product iteration and technical upgrades. Updated service rules and agreement terms will be displayed on the in-app document page and take effect immediately after release. Continued use of the app's creative services after updates constitutes full acceptance of the revised terms. All service updates will not change our core commitments of anonymous usage, independent self-developed AI operation and zero facial data collection.
User usage of Nerluo's services is governed by the official Nerluo Privacy Policy. All user portrait materials and creative data are processed and stored locally without cloud synchronization or remote transmission. We strictly protect user privacy at all times, never actively collect user facial information and personal private data, and never disclose user private content to any third-party organizations or individuals.
